Koru Overland (“we”, “us”) runs koruoverland.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send a contact or build-reservation form, we collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code and anything you write in the message.
Order and payment information. Checkout and deposits are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, billing and shipping address and phone number. We receive your name, contact details, shipping address and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site.

Your cart is stored only in your own browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your questions, send brochures and quotes, and schedule calls or showroom visits
To process, ship and support your orders and build reservations
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud

We don’t sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google Workspace (email), and shipping carriers. Each uses it only to provide that service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep order and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep inquiry records while we have an active conversation with you, and for a reasonable time after.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email john@koruperformance.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date above.
