These terms apply when you use koruoverland.com or buy from Koru Overland (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We work to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Product images are for illustration, and colors may look different on your screen.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock limits, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we’ll refund any payment for an order we cancel. Sales tax is added where required.

Shipping

We ship gear within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery appear at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Overland trailers and build deposits

Trailers are built to order. A build reservation deposit holds your place in our build queue. Final specifications, price, timeline, payment schedule, delivery and deposit terms are set out in a separate written build agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Warranties

Products from other brands, such as REDARC, carry their manufacturers’ warranties. Warranty coverage for Koru trailers is set out in your build agreement. Apart from those warranties, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided “as is” without other warranties, express or implied.

Safe use

Overlanding, towing and off-road travel carry real risks. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, your vehicle’s towing ratings, and local laws. Electrical and towing equipment should be installed by a qualified person.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
